What personal data does Pixpresets process?
To fulfill the agreement you enter into with us, we need the following personal data from you.
Name and address details
Your (company) name is stored because we prefer not to address you by a customer number. We need your address, city, and other contact details for things like notes on invoices and other matters related to orders.
Email address
We store your email address so that we can send you messages related to the service or product you purchase from us.
Phone number
We use your phone number to contact you regarding the service or product you purchase from us.
Other data we process
We also collect personal data not intended for the execution of an agreement. We do this based on a legitimate interest or with your consent. This includes the following data:
Cookies
We place the following cookies:
• A session cookie, which allows us to track and ensure that submitted forms are actually received.
• Google Analytics cookie. We do not collect personal information about you with this, but we can track website usage so we can improve our website.
For what purposes do we process your personal data?
We do not process your personal data without reason, of course. We need them for:
• Processing requests and searches.
• Contacting you regarding the agreement we have entered into, for example, by phone or email.
• Gaining insight into the use of our website so that we can improve it where necessary and offer a better experience.
We will not use your personal data for purposes other than those discussed above, unless you have given prior consent or we are legally obliged to do so, such as data for the tax authorities.
Your rights
Based on applicable Dutch and European legislation, you, as a data subject, have certain rights regarding the personal data processed by or on behalf of us. Below, we explain what these rights are and how you can exercise them.
Initially, to prevent misuse, we will only send copies of your data to the email address already known to us. If you wish to receive the data at a different email address or, for example, by post, we will ask you to identify yourself. We keep a record of processed requests; in the case of a request for erasure, we will administer anonymized data.
All copies of data will be provided in the machine-readable data format that we use within our systems.
You have the right at all times to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) if you suspect that we are using your personal data incorrectly.
Right of Access
You always have the right to inspect the data that we process (or have processed) and that relate to you as a person or are traceable to you. You can make such a request to our privacy contact person via info@pixpresets.com. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a copy of all data to the email address known to us, along with an overview of the processors holding this data, stating the category under which we have stored this data.
Right to Rectification
You always have the right to have the data that we process (or have processed) and that relate to you as a person or are traceable to you, adjusted. You can make such a request to our privacy contact person via info@pixpresets.com. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation to the email address known to us that the data has been adjusted.
Right to Restriction of Processing
You always have the right to restrict the data that we process (or have processed) that relate to you as a person or are traceable to you. You can make such a request to our privacy contact person via info@pixpresets.com. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation to the email address known to us that the data will no longer be processed until you lift the restriction.
Right to Data Portability
You always have the right to have the data that we process (or have processed) and that relate to you as a person or are traceable to you, transferred to another party. You can make such a request to our privacy contact person via info@pixpresets.com. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you copies of all data about you that we have processed, or that have been processed on our behalf by other processors or third parties, to the email address known to us. In such a case, we will most likely no longer be able to continue providing services, as the secure linking of databases can no longer be guaranteed.
Right to Object and Other Rights
In certain cases, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by or on behalf of Pixpresets. If you object, we will immediately cease data processing pending the handling of your objection. If your objection is well-founded, we will provide you with copies of the data that we process (or have processed) and then permanently cease processing. Furthermore, you have the right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making or profiling. We do not process your data in such a way that this right applies.
